Marvel at its 70-meter-high minaret before heading to the 14th-century Medersa Ben Youssef, the largest Koranic university in the Maghreb. Continue to the Dar Si Saïd Museum in a 19th century Alawite-style palace. Discover the traditional crafts of southern Morocco, including rugs, costumes, and weapons.

Next, visit the beautiful gardens of El Bahia Palace. With the exception of the apartments of the Sultan's favorite concubine, the council chamber and the magnificent marble courtyard, the palace is closed to the public. Admire the decorative Saadian tombs, built for Sultan Ahmed el Mansour. Continue to the Menara Gardens in the foothills of the Atlas Mountains and stroll among the olive trees surrounding the central lake. Get a panoramic view of the snow-capped peaks in the background.

Enter the intricate labyrinth of streets that house the souks of Marrakech. Discover different neighborhoods established by artisans according to a structured system, including basketry, dried fruits, spices, Berber carpets, etc. Note in particular the rue du Souk Smarine, which leads to the Rahba Kedima square, site of the former slave market.

Taste traditional Moroccan cuisine in a beautiful setting for lunch, before heading to Djemaa El Fna, the vast central square which is the traditional meeting place for peasants and traders from the Sous region, the High Atlas mountains and the southern Morocco. Living with the fruit and spice merchants in the morning, in the afternoon it is the turn of the Gnaoua dancers (descendants of Guinean slaves), who come to play music, tell stories, charm snakes ...
