Escape the heat and hustle of Marrakech on a full-day sightseeing tour of the Ouzoud Falls. The surrounding landscape is made up of idyllic green valleys, mills, orchards and the dramatic gorges of the El Abid river. The Cascades d’Ouzoud represent a complex network of waterfalls that cascade over 110 metres one into another through three major and several minor drops.
What You Can Expect :
Travelling exclusively by private vehicle with a multi-language guide you’ll pass fields of olive trees on a scenic drive towards the Cascades d’Ouzoud. En route pause at the natural bridge of Imi Nifrid to enjoy mint tea and beautiful views. There is lots of opportunity for taking photos, plus a visit to a traditional watermill, before enjoying a tasty Berber lunch near the waterfalls surrounded by lime, pomegranate and oak trees. Having taken in the full beauty of the area, relax over lunch (own expense) at one the Berber restaurants along the path to the falls. Lastly, enjoy your return journey to Marrakech, where your trip ends with a hotel drop-off.
